He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Brunson Ochoa and Sam Ochoa Sr.; his brothers, Andrew Donald Winfield and Sam Ochoa Jr.; and his son Frankie Furrow.
He is survived by: his wife Edna Ann Winfield; his siblings, Peggy Salters of Golson and David Ochoa of Waco; and his children, Lainey Ochoa, Terry Burkey and Brian Furrow (Cindy). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren 7 great grandchildren and one great granddaughter many nieces and nephews.
