He is survived by: his parents, Joe Randolph Sr. and Glenda Randolph Sr.; his brother Joe; his children, Shatea Randolph, Reggie Randolph Jr., Jasmine Randolph and Latavia Martin; and his sister Johnnie B. Evans. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
