It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Reba Lois Athey (Waco, Texas), who passed away on March 31, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Isreal A. Smith and Mary Smith (Maines); her husband Edward Douglas Athey; and her grandson Jerry Athey. She is survived by: her sons, Ruel Athey (Shirley) of Salado, Paul Athey of Waco and Henry Athey of Waco; and her grandchildren, Kristi Lloyd of Temple and Jennifer O'Brien of Abilene. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
