It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ray Lynn Harrison (Waco, Texas), born in Mexia, Texas, who passed away on November 5, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Aron Wilmer Harrison and Lillie Fay Bunch Harrison; his son Robert Ray Harrison; and his granddaughter Kayla Raye Engelbert. He is survived by: his wife Janet Elaine Harrison; his children, Lynnette Elaine Harrison and Ray Lynn Harrison II (Miranda); and his sisters, Linda Branscum (Wayne) and Kay Shaw (David). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home (6101 Bosque Blvd, Waco, TX 76710). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the The Salvation Army Waco Corps (1225 Jack Kultgen Fwy, Waco, TX 76711). A burial was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Waco Memorial Cemetery (6623 I-35, Robinson, TX 76706).
