He was predeceased by: his parents, Philp W Speasmaker and Marion Speasmaker; and his brothers, Bill, John and Chris.

He is survived by: his wife Amerita P. Asuncion; his sister Diane; his children, Philip W (Traci), James (Shelly), Michael (Christina), Francis (Jackie) and Tymberly (Jessi); and his grandchildren, Keegan, Kalli, Hunter, Braelyn, Lane, Ashlynn, Izabel, Azalea Rose, Taylei-Loke and Amelia.
