He is survived by: his mother Ofelia Hernandez Perez; his children, Tristan Donovan Hernandez, Kailyn Addison Hernandez and Judah Hernandez; and his siblings, Nelly (Jamie Villa), Maria (Carlos Rodriguez), Mary (Rogelio Delafuente), Teresa Hernandez, Cande Hernandez and Juan Carlos Hernandez. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and loving companions.
