With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Pat Wardlaw of Waco, Texas, who passed away on January 1, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Newton Jasper Wardlaw and Willie Alice Mapes Wardlaw; his wife Vicki; his sisters, Billye Warner, Ann Estes and Sitta Rowe; and his son Mike.
He is survived by: his close friend San Antonio; his children, Becky Meadows (Ray) of Waco and Bill Wardlaw (Kathy) of Woodway; his daughter-in-law Susan Wardlaw of Woodway; his grandchildren, Trevor P. Wardlaw (Kemberly) of McGregor, Jenny Schornack (Michael) of Waco, Cari Wardlaw of Austin, Lori Becker (Jason) of Austin, Cody Wardlaw (Allie) of Dallas and Chris Wardlaw (Haylie) of Waco; and his great grandchildren, Patrick D. Wardlaw, Victoria E. Wardlaw, Grace A. Weber, Newton B. Schornack, Katie Claire Schornack, Clayton M. Keahey (Katie G.), Jacob S. Becker, Ellie V. Becker, Jillian A. Becker, Millicent J. Wardlaw, Francis G. Wardlaw, Everett J. Wardlaw, Elwyn M. Wardlaw, Corina Grogan, Visiting Angels, Carolyn Hinton, Louella Carter, Jonna DeCuire, Breyton T. Wardlaw, Kyle A. Keahey, Colby W. Becker, Peyton C. Wardlaw and Witt M. Wardlaw.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Chapel of Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home (6101 Bosque Blvd, Waco, TX 76710). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Louis Catholic Church (2001 N 25th St, Waco, TX 76708). A burial was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Oakwood Cemetery (2124 S 5th St, Waco, TX 76706).
