He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Ortiz Perez and Monica Salas; and his brother Francisco Jorge Perez Salas. He is survived by: his daughter Lauren Perez of Robinson; his siblings, Sivia Perez Salas (Cresencio Limones), Graciela Perez Salas (Jose Haros Camacho), Abel Perez Salas (Elva Montreal) and Rene Perez Salas (Leticia Moreno); and his close friend Ana Montes. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, his loving family, and lifelong friends.
