She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Cook and Pearl Estelle Cook Pugh; her children, Eric Carlson Nicholas and Ashley Renee Nicholas; and her brother Harvey "Gerald" Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Kelli Nicholas Pylant (Todd) and Marc Courtney Nicholas (Tayla); her husband Rodney Blaine Nicholas; her grandchildren, Bailey McKenna Pylant, Cade Aubrey Pylant (Alyssa), Ainsley Grace Pylant, Annabelle Diane Nicholas, William Eric Carlson Nicholas and Lilley Elizabeth Nicholas; and her siblings, Dan Huedy Cook and Lela Pearl McDonald Novak. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
