He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Michele Dvorak (Joey) and Sean Witherwax (Holly); his grandchildren, Madison Freas (Carter), Haydn Witherwax, Croix Dvorak, Lucas Dvorak, Mia Witherwax and Mayzi Witherwax; his great grandchild Parker Freas; and his brother Greg Witherwax (Teresa).
