He is survived by: his father Carlton Andrew Hawkins; his sister Deborah Hawkins Summersett (Dale Gibson); his niece Elizabeth Ann Summersett; his aunt Myrl Janette Tull Rothe; and his cousins, Leslie Karen RotheEstes, Curtis Dwayne Rothe and Gary Oteyza Tull. He is also survived by cousins on his father.
