He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Ramon, Sr. and Grace Carbajal; and his brothers, Edward Ramon, Chayo Ramon, Ricky Ramon and Albert Ramon.

He is survived by: his wife Christina Ramon; his children, Janice Ramon and Manuel Ramon, III; his sister Olga Garcia (Peter); his grandchildren, Michael Olvera, Robert Villa and Brycen Villa; and his great grandchild Mileena Olvera.
