She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Mendoza and Benita Flores-Mendoza. She is survived by: her husband Robert Garza; her children, Richard, Denise and Stella; her grandchildren, Daniel, Erica, Cecilia and Isaiah "Ozzy"; her great grandchildren, Elijah, Ayden, Sophia, Jose, Amelia, Alana, Micah and Julian; her brother Frank Mendoza; and her close friend Virginia. She is also survived by many sisters-in-law, a host of nieces, nephews and other friends.
