She was predeceased by : her parents, Jack Donald Howard and Mildred Idora Tapley; her brother Jackie Gene Howard (Nancy Flanagan); her stepfather Ken Watson; her grandparents, William, Nancy Tapley and Pete Howard (Minnie); and her former life partner Ronnie Green, Sr..

She is survived by : her son Ronnie Lee Green, Jr. (Yara) of Waco, Texas; her nephew David Howard (Susan) of Wimberly, Texas; and her great-nieces, Addie Grace Howard, Branna Sawyer and Mattie Sawyer.

A funeral service was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel (6101 Bosque Blvd, Waco, TX 76710). A graveside service was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 at the Waco Memorial Park (6623 I-35, Robinson, TX 76706).
