He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Strom and Betty Lou Strom (Kalka); his wife Joanna Keplinger; and his brother David Strom. He is survived by: his sons, Eric Strom of West, Joshua Strom of West and Jeremy Strom of West; his brother Wes Strom; and his niece Caitlyn Strom. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to his children to help with expenses due to the loss of both of their parents.
