It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juanita Peña of Waco, Texas, who passed away on July 14, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Juanita Peña to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Trinidad Ortega Carbajal and Mercedes Gonzales Carbajal; her husband John A. Peña Sr.; her daughter Patricia Ann Peña; and her siblings, Ninfa Lopez, Benny Carbajal and Joe Carbajal.
She is survived by: her son John A. Peña Jr. (Melissa R. Peña); her grandchildren, Alexandria Faith, Mia Grace Peña and John-Paul David Peña; and her siblings, Mary Carbajal, Connie Peña and Trinidad Carbajal (Donna). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, friends.
Instead of flowers and/or gifts, the family asks that donations be sent to Mighty Wind Worship Center in honor of Mama, as one more act of love for her home church.
