He is survived by: his children, Christopher, Juan Jr., Laura M., Sara J., Sandra V. and Julio Lopez; his siblings, Pedro, Antonia, Ignacia, Salud, Maria of Luz and Blanca Lopez-Murillo; and his grandchildren, Cristoval P. Castro III, Leilah F. Cisneros, Briana N. Castro, Alessia N. Castro, Alexander T. Castro, Juan B. Hernandez, Urijah N. Lopez, Trinidad Hernandez Lopez, Fabian L. Lopez, Nieves Hernandez Lopez, Mario A. Salinas and Rosalina M. Salinas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and coworkers.
A rosary was held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Lake Shore Funeral Home Chapel (5201 Steinbeck Bend Dr, Waco, TX 76708). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (2621 Bagby Ave, Waco, TX 76711).
