She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Karl and Mary Antonette Slovak; her sisters, Mary Anderson (Louis) and Angela Hoffman (Clarence); and her brothers-in-law, Truett Lindsey and Joe Kelly.
She is survived by: her sisters, Theresa Lindsey, Christine Kelly and Genny Dulock (Fred); her nephews, Tom, Stephen Lindsey, Alan Hoffman, Bryan and Scott Dulock; and her great-nephew Kris Kuehl. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
