He is survived by: his wife Joni Kapavik; his daughters, Cortney (John Cooney) and Whitney (Colton Sandhoff); his granddaughters, Hadley and Avery; and his siblings, Peggy (Frank Kucera), Rita (Raphael Johnson) and Henry Kapavik Jr. (Jane). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
