We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Jean Vardeman (Waco, Texas), born in Mount Calm, Texas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Garnet Vardeman; her parents, Buster Trussell and Ethel Trussell; her sister Anne Trussell Overton; her brothers-in-law, Gene Overton and James Welch; her parents-in-law, Alton, Zoie Vardeman and Epsie Vardeman; and her sisters-in-law, Dixie Vardeman Wilson and Hazel Vardeman.

She is survived by: her sister Marcalene Trussell Welch; her children, Cindy Vardeman Hester (David), Kathy Vardeman Garner (Steve), Larry Vardeman (Debbie) and Becky Vardeman Murphy (Randy); her brothers-in-law, Gene Vardeman and David Vardeman; and her grandchildren, Matthew Vardeman (Susan), Thomas Vardeman, Sarah Hester Robison (Daniel), Anne Hester Cates (Jacob), Lauren Vardeman Henderson (Daniel), Max Garner (Nicole Duffy), Kat Murphy (Liz), Randall Clay Murphy (Niki) and Meredith Murphy Holub (Patrick). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
