He is survived by: his parents, Jay Richard Macy II and Janelle Macy; his wife Christina; his children, Jay Richard Macy IV (Antonette) and Ashley Lozano (Marselo); his stepdaughter Crystal Garcia (Kiko); his grandchildren, Xavier, Trinity, Kourtney, Jay, Isabella, Sunny, Myles, Jeriah, Macie and Hazel; and his siblings, Steven Macy (Diana), Donald Macy (Jo), Jim Macy (Tamara), Margo Griffin (Charlie) and Jamie Macy (Ana). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
