She was predeceased by: her husband James Wellman; her brothers, Garry and Jimmy Nutt; and her parents, James Marion Nutt and Wilma Dean Freeman.
She is survived by: her sons, Phillip Wellman (Montee), Peter Wellman (Anna), Paul Wellman and Daniel Wellman; her siblings, Rhonda Johnson (Richard) and Ronnie Nutt (Javone); her siblings-in-law, Kathy Nutt, Diane Scheler (Charles) and Donald Wellman (Florence); and her grandchildren, Britnee White, Brett Wellman, Nicole Wellman, Natalie Friend, Haley Wellman and Lindsey Wellman. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Home (129 Coleman St, Marlin, TX 76661). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (309 Coleman St, Marlin, TX 76661).
