He was predeceased by: his father JT Guthrie; his wife Trisha Guthrie; and his sister Kathleen Denise Guthrie. He is survived by: his mother Connie Guthrie (Brown); his children, Michael (Haley), Justin, Jared Guthrie, Nikki Picon, Amy Malzac and Jessica West; and his grandchildren, Marilu, Grayson Guthrie and Seth West.
