He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Howard, Sr. and Emma Lou Blount. He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Jenkins (David) and Terry Russell (Rex); his siblings, Jesse Schreiner, Jr., Janet Newkirk (Jeff) and Martha Schreiner; his grandchildren, Aimee, Jeanie, Laci and Lindsi; his nieces and nephews, Jesse Schreiner III (Tammy), Jonathon Newkirk (Chelsea) and Jeremy Newkirk (Nicole); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Logan Schreiner, Reagan Schreiner and Ava Newkirk; and his wife Linda Schreiner.
