He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas Neal and Bernice "Beanie" Gordon Neal; and his sister Beverly Neal Howard. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his daughter Christine Kuhn; his grandson Wolfgang Garrett; his sister-in-law Donna Ancona; and his nieces and nephews, Kevin, Mallory, Macey, Sheryl, Christina, Jerrad and Kyle.
