He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent, Jr. and Rosenda Martinez (Nevarez); his son Gilbert Fraga, Jr.; his great grandchild Sean Mikael Clark; and his siblings, Dora Calderon, Manuel Martinez and Jesse Fraga, Sr..
He is survived by: his children, Amy Munoz (Mike), Monica Arechiga (Justin) and Michael Fraga; and his siblings, Linda Ramos (Roy), Ernesto Fraga (Linda) and Vincent Martinez III (Margie). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
