He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Dale MacAfee and Emily Gladys MacAfee (England). He is survived by: his wife Tammy MacAfee; his brother James MacAfee (Sue); his children, Katie Stufflebeam (Matt), Meagan Allinger (Daniel), Amy Mercer (Nick), Emily Ragan (Todd) and Ryan Hegefeld (Stormi); and his grandchildren, Parker, McKenna, Hadley, Piper, Holden, Beckett, Benson, Lyric, Jaxson, Hudson, Cadence, Verse and Zoe.
