He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Page and Lucile Page; his former wife Ginger Page; and his sister Dorothy Thornton of North Carolina. He is survived by: his wife Betty Page; his siblings, Janet Ball of Kingsville and Richard Page of Valley Station, Kentucky; his sons, Pat (Rhonda Page) of Alabama and Curtis Page (Nicole) of Fort Worth; his stepdaughter Dr. Manon Shockey (Doug Gaston) of Stephenville; his grandchildren, Emily (Ben Phillips) of Waco, Ryan Page of Alabama, Colbie Page of Fort Worth and Curtis Page, II; and his stepgranddaughter Alyssa Salas of Stephenville.
