She was predeceased by: her parents, Eusebio Bazaldua and Guadalupe Sanchez-Bazaldua; her son Alfredo Bernal; and her husband Jose Bernal. She is survived by: her children, Jessy Coronado (Teodoro Coronado), Ana Olvera (John Olvera), Yolanda Bernal (Ron Salas) and Jose "Joey" Bernal, II; her brother Eusebio Bazaldua (Carmen Bazaldua); and her grandchildren, Christina Cook, Cynthia Lyons, Francine Coronado, Briana Olvera, Brittany Olvera, Jacob Rivera, Joaquin Rivera, Constancio J. Bernal and Aviana Bernal.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the OakCrest Funeral Home (4520 Bosque Blvd, Waco, TX 76710). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Francis Catholic Church (612 N 3rd St, Waco, TX 76701).
