She was predeceased by: her husband Curtis Saylor; her parents, Troy Strong and Veda Strong; her brother James Strong; and her great grandchildren, Warren Claborn and Kara Saylor.
She is survived by: her sons, Rod (Jeanelle) of Amarillo and Doug (Donna) of Waco; her grandchildren, Jeremy Saylor (Jamie) of Dallas, Julie Young (Ragan) of Prosper, Daniel Saylor (Jenny) of Montana, Dara Claborn (Brian) of Wisconsin and Drew Saylor (Alyse) of Waco; and her great grandchildren, Landry Saylor, Ashton Saylor of Dallas, Eli Young, Max Young of Prosper, Caleb Claborn, Lucas Claborn, Jaden Claborn, Joseph Claborn of Wisconsin, Aven Saylor and Elora Saylor of Waco.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lake Shore Funeral Home (5201 Steinbeck Bend Dr, Waco, TX 76708). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chalk Bluff Baptist Church (5993 Gholson Rd, Waco, TX 76705).
