In loving memory of Dixie Rose Wiesen in Waco, Texas, born in Alexandria, Louisiana, who departed this world on August 15, 2024 at the age of 94. She was predeceased by: her husband Emmett G. Wiesen; her parents, Argie Charrier and Leone Charrier (Scallan); her siblings, James A. Charrier of Alexandria, LA, Roy Charrier of Long Beach, CA, Albin Charrier of Phoenix, AZ, Frank Charrier of Palm Springs, CA and Edina C. Wilson of Alexandria, LA; her son-in-law W. David Sharp of Waco; and her grandson Andrew Wiesen of League City.

She is survived by: her children, Pam Rodgers (Conrad) of Marble Falls, Cindy Jamieson of San Marcos, Brian Wiesen (Marta) of League City and Jane Sharp of Waco; and her sister Louise Hagan of Evanston, IL.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

In addition, she was a member of the American Nurses Association, Texas Nurses Association, served as Recording Secretary for Port Arthur Independent School District Nurses and was a board member for the American Heart Association.
