She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Allensworth and Hazel Allensworth; and her siblings, Ross, Richard, Terry, Kenny, Phyllis and Cynthia.

She is survived by: her siblings, Patricia Lair and Michael Allensworth (Shelly); and her daughters, Kimberly Heslin (Paul) of West LaFayette, IN., Dawn Apsey of Waco, TX., Kellie Krumnow of Staten Island, NY. and Wendy Ekwall (Kirby) of Robinson, TX.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.
