He is survived by: his brother Roy Stevens Shoultz; his friends, George Pinckney and Natalie; his close friends, Dr. Donald Risinger, Dr. Shoultz, Dr. Eddie Morrison, Dr. Don Lewis and Sam Nay; his wife Shirley Lenderman Shoultz; his mother-in-law Winifred Lenderman; his brother-in-law Gary Lenderman; his nieces and nephews, Shirley Suzanne (Lewis Pollok), Martha Jane (Nelson Arroyo), Charles Albert (Fransara Falsone Shoultz), Amy Elizabeth, Laura Kathleen (Brett Moore) and Michael Scott (Karla Cruz Shoultz); his grandchildren, Charles (Chip), Sara Shoultz Henley, MD (Carson), Rebecca, Emma Shoultz, Spike, Mimi Pollok, Laura, Max Arroyo, Alexandra, Astrid and Mila Shoultz; his stepgrandchildren, Tristan and Brianna Moore; and his great grandchildren, Virginia, Winnie Henley and Jackson Pollok.
