He was predeceased by: his parents, Patty Louise and Cecil Pearce Newsom; his son Bradley Thomas Newsom; and his grandson Zane Thomas Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Jane Thigpen; his daughter Amy Anderson (Cory); and his grandchildren, Bryn and Whit.
