It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Brown L. Smith (Waco, Texas), born in Lampasas, Texas, who passed away on March 1, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Darrell Smith (R. D.) and Loveta Mae Smith; his wife Lynnette Smith; his brother R. D. Smith; and his son Paul Grosshans.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Smith (Tonya), Becky Agnew, Janet LeJeune (Warren) and Michelle Kachuriak (Chris); and his grandchildren, Bryan Chambers, Sady Keenum, Kristen Rogers, Jeff Grosshans, Lauren Grosshans, Dalton Levy, Karleigh Williams, Jordan Smith and Sidney Smith. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a contribution in Brown's memory be made to the Great Commission Alliance to help support Chris and Michelle's missionary work throughout the world.
