He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Harris and Leila Harris; his wife Iris; and his siblings, Willie Harris, Raymond Harris, Varney Harris, Alice Sanders, Barbara Wright, Jimmy Harris and Baby Boy Harris.
He is survived by: his children, Paul Harris (Susan), Melodie Harris McGowan (Scott) and Cindy Harris Gough (Richard Gough); his great grandchildren, Bryley, Tyler, Haidyn, Camden, River, Carter, Remy, Knox, Kora, Nova, Barron, Dawson, Naomi, Judah, Brian and Conner; and his friend Diane Chafin. He is also survived by nieces, and nephews.
