Though Amor Esperanza may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her father Abdon Vaquera Zuniga; and her grandparents, Janie Herrera, Samuel and Lupe Zuniga. She is survived by: her mother Shontā Aguilar; and her siblings, John Johnson, Alexis Cantu (Eric) and Angelo Zuniga. She is also survived by her nephew, nieces, uncles, aunts and numerous cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pecan Grove Funeral Home (3124 Robinson Dr, Waco, TX 76706). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rosemound Cemetery (3201 S 12th St, Waco, TX 76706).
