He is survived by: his grandparents, Nancy Alvarado, Vincent and Rosa Cortez; his great-grandparents, Arturo and Angelita Alvarado; his parents, Vincent Cortez and Yvonne Cortez; his sisters, Celeste Salinas (James), Aleah Cortez and Julissa Riojas; and his children, Vincent I. Cortez, Jr., Zaiahlyn Cortez, Arturo Cortez, Jedidiah Cortez and Feliciano Menchaca. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins, and many friends.
