He was predeceased by: his mother Anita Salazar. He is survived by: his father Jose Maria; and his children, Valente Salazar Jr., Clemente Salazar (Monica), Rogelio Salazar (Pearl), Jose Salazar (Ralph), Hippy Salazar, Brenda Perez (Pat), Barbra Beza (Alex) and Isabel Salazar. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
