He is survived by: his wife Catalina Gonzalez; his daughter Sylvia Aponte; his son-in-law Mark Aponte; his son Carlos A Gonzalez; his grandchildren, Luther C Aponte and Chloe G Aponte; and his siblings, Felisa, Rosa, Patricia, Isabel, Alfredo, Pedro and Juan.
