She was predeceased by: her husband Marcos Hernandez, Jr.; her parents, Daniel Herrera and Maria G. Herrera; her siblings, Olivia, Gregory, Joe and Rudy; and her grandson Eloy Levi Mitchell.
She is survived by: her children, Valerie Hernandez Mitchell and Lupe Hernandez; her siblings, Daniel Herrera, Janie Gutierrez and Gloria Calderon; and her grandchildren, Jayme Hernandez and Ernesto Garcia. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and other relatives.
