Rios; his children, Amy Marie Rios, Lenny Ann Rios, Angelica Maria Gallardo Rios and Joe Heriberto Rios, Jr.; his father Heriberto Rios; and his siblings, Anna Gonzales Rios, Jaime Rios and Edward Rios. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; also numerous nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends.
