He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Antonio and Mary Lee Martinez. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Martinez; his son Fernando Sanzzi; and his siblings, Rose Martinez, Angela Villanueva, Kathy Ayala, Michael Martinez, Teresa Singleton and Rebecca Avey. He is also survived by friends, he recorded and wrote over fifty songs, many of them inspired by his wife, friends.
