He was predeceased by: his parents, Fernando Sr. Medrano and Olga Medrano. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Marie Medrano; his daughter Juanita M Medrano; his siblings, Rosie Teniente (Demetrio), Louie Medrano (Sylvia), Joseph Medrano (Marina) and Letty Gonzales (Hugo); his uncle Juan Medrano (Lupe); his mother-in-law Margie C Medina; his brothers-in-law, Pablo III Medina (Gloria), Efrain Medina (Lucinda) and Anthony Medina (Maria); his godchildren, Ashley Medina and Mark Anthony Medrano; and his close friends, James and Nelda Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
