He is survived by: his wife Jammie Rapp; his siblings, Jack Rapp, Sue DeMasters, James Williams and Kathy Williams; his stepchildren, Shannon Caver, Mecca, Matt Belty and Candance Novak; his cousins, Harlace, Orville, Roger Wallace and Colleen Mattern; his grandchildren, Rachael Caver, Brittany Osborne, Mikaela Osborne, Amber Snider, Chrystal, Clint Cross, Corey and Brittany Baker; his siblings, Leo Rapp, Donald Rapp and Lynville Williams; and his grandson Shiloh Richardson.
