He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Wekwert Blanchard and Gerald Adam Blanchard. He is survived by: his wife Kaye Blanchard; his son Jason Adam Blanchard of Wildwood; his siblings, Kenneth Blanchard (Jerry) and Cindy Wheeler (Glenn); his sister-in-law Wanda Hutchinson; his brother-in-law Robert Zeigler; his niece Tammy Woods; his nephews, George Warriner of Huntsville, Mason Zeigler of San Saba and Drew Zeigler of Grand Junction, Colorado.; and also Chris of Lumberton.
