She was predeceased by: her husband Roy H. Chumley, Sr.; her daughter Becky Allardyce; her parents, Walter Carlisle and Ruth Shropshire Carlisle; and her grandson Justin Pate Matthews.
She is survived by: her children, Roy H. Chumley, Jr. (Cheryl) of The Colony, TX., Marsha Madden (Mike) of Frisco, TX. and Betty Pate (Paul) of Village Mills; her grandchildren, Michelle Madden Theis of Ladera Ranch, CA., Mondi Madden Kent of Pottsboro, TX., Heather Allardyce of Houston and Whitney Allardyce of Phoenix, AZ.; her great grandchildren, Maddie Theis, Mitch Theis, Macy Matthews Linn, Hayden Paul Matthews, Kyler Kent, Hayden Kent and Barrett Kent; and her great great grandchild Collins Cate Linn.
