He is survived by: his spouse Sandra Elizabeth Coss; his children, Randall Westhoven (Karen) of Michigan, Tammy Neumann (Brian) of Wildwood and Scott Westhoven (Stella) of Wildwood; his siblings, Billy Stebleton, Lynn Westhoven and Wendy Westhoven; and his grandchildren, Carrie, Andrea, Kimberly, Conner and Vaughn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and nephews.
