He is survived by: his sons, Tommy Joe Mann Jr. of Vidor, Gary Lee Mann (Jennifer) of Vidor and Gregory Randall Mann (Lisa Stanley) of Vidor; his grandchildren, Ashley Mann (Tyler Lawson) of Orange, Damian Mann of Virginia Beach, VA, Jaime Mann of Vidor, Lauryn Livermore (Nick) of Nederland, Texie Freeman of Vidor, Sophia Hodges of Dewy, AZ, Lyric Barnes (Richard) of Little Rock, AR, Sarah Mann of Vidor, Seath Barber of Vidor and Natalie Mann of Vidor; and his pets, Bonnie and Lil Red. He is also survived by 3 sons, and a father figure, grandfather, great-grandfather, friend.
