We are sad to announce that on May 17, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Thomas Phelps of Vidor, Texas, born in San Augustine, Texas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron E. Phelps and Minnie May Phelps; his siblings, Windol Phelps and Betty Martin; and his stepbrother Guvie Miller.
He is survived by: his brother Cleabern Phelps (Dixie) of Jasper, Texas; and his stepbrother Curtis Miller of Lufkin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
